You will want to do some planning when you are looking at your fourth quarter budget. Gifts and/or bonuses to team members can be expensive. The more time you have to think and plan, the better off you will be. Will you be giving a holiday bonus by way of check or gift card? Maybe you would rather give a gift or a combination of the two. Look at your budget and see what fits for you that year. It can be hard to break away from tradition, but it is unnecessary to do the same thing each year.
