13th Annual Livonia Turkey Trot – Family Outings
Join the Livonia Parks and Recreation Department as we walk/run to help the less fortunate at the 13th Annual Livonia Turkey Trot! This 5K Fun Walk/Run takes place on Saturday, Nov. 3 at Bicentennial Park and is open to all ages to participate.
Check-In begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Walk/Run begins at 9:30 a.m. There is a $15/per person registration fee. Register online at Livonia Parks and Recreation. Participants must register before October 22 in order to be guaranteed a T-shirt.
Bring a can food donation to be entered in our drawing for great gift certificates and prizes! All proceeds and canned food donations will be given to the Livonia Goodfellows organization and Blessings in a Backpack, Livonia.

The second annual ‘Rick Austin Memorial 5K’ to honor and remember Livonia educator, coach and friend after his untimely 2017 passing. Please join us as we remember a great man and give back to the school he dedicated his professional life to as a teacher and coach.
Dive in Movie Night featuring Coco
Get your family and friends together for Dive In Movie Night on Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Kirksey Recreation Center. Ditch the stuffy living room and relax in an inflatable raft in our Lap Pool while we show Coco on our full color LED scoreboard!
Check-in begins at 5 p.m. and the movie starts at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person for a Wet Ticket (swimming) and $4 per person for a Dry Ticket (non-swimming). There are a limited quantity of rafts available for rent for $1 each. Ticket price increases $1 day of event.
Limited space available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Any person in attendance must be able to swim or have the use of a Coast Guard approved life jacket/vest.
