Baby Boomers – 5 tactics to defy aging in 10 minutes or less

I recently read an article in the Dearborn Press and Guide entitled ‘Baby Boomers – 5 tactics to defy aging in 10 minutes or less”.

The high points of the article were as follows;

1. Quick exercises – We need strength and cardio work.
2. Nutrient-dense foods – Ultimately its garbage in, garbage out. Healthy choices are a must.
3. Select supplements – Nutritional supplementation is critical.
4. Embrace technology – By doing so it is easy to track results relative to goals and
5. Be social – Find like-minded people who, like you, live a healthy lifestyle.

Those of you who know me realize that I am a “gym rat” and have been virtually my entire life. I am in the gym at 3:45 -4 AM and generally walking out at 6:30 AM. Honestly I don’t believe that “10 minutes or less” will cure what ails you but I do believe everyone has to start somewhere and also believe that it’s never too late to start.

Why do I feel a healthy lifestyle correlates to a results oriented business environment ? Statistics show that if you eat right, supplement, hydrate and get plenty of rest, your productivity increases. Your energy is naturally up because you are fueling your body w/ nutrients – not sugar or energy draining devices.
