Could Being a Workaholic Be a Negative Thing?

People often brag about always working but there is actually a downside.

Recent studies show that being a workaholic can increase stress, create work-life conflict, and affect physical healthiness.

Instead of always working try the following:

  1. Be more efficient in your work.
  2. While working, take the occasional break. They are good for you.
  3. Take a step away from your work to enjoy other hobbies and activities.
  4. Be healthily engaged in your work.
